About the Event

Experience the different flavours of Matwork Pilates and Barefoot exercises in this 60-minute mixed-level class taught by certified Pilates instructors.

What does a tree remind you of? Strong core with a firm foundation for the swinging branches, rain or shine? Yes, that is exactly what we are going to do - activate your core muscles and fire them up so you can enjoy the different seasons of your life. Walk away feeling stronger, yet lighter. 😊

Bring your own mat for Pilates by the sea(view). Come, with a friend, to enjoy the seaview Pilates experience and multiply your workout efforts together to support the underprivileged among us.

100% donations go to Home Nursing Foundation. Eligible donations will enjoy 250% tax deduction.

Brought to you by PILATES GIVES (5th season) with CARVE Pilates Studio as location sponsor, in support of Home Nursing Foundation. To-date, we have raised over S$20,000 since 2020 when the fundraiser was first started during the lockdown to support the nurses and the elderly among us.
